How to configure printers

Hi all,
I'm very new using Fedora and I want to install a printer.
Where I can find this information?
I need to do the following:
1. Configure a local USB printer (Epson C45) and share it to a windows machine
2. Use a printer shared from a windows machine (Epson CX3700)
