FC6 AIGLX Issue: title bar missing from windows

This is incorrect. Compiz *is* the window manager. Title bars might not 
show up due because the decorator is not running, there is a bug in the 
driver (Nvidia's latest beta driver for example) or your Xorg 
configuration requires some changes.
