mp3's hosed again

Go to atrpms or livna and grab the xmms-mp3 plugin, install, fire up the
audio player (assuming it's xmms and not Rhythmbox), go to where you
find the modules and until the mp3 placeholder box and tick the real mp3
module box.

Job done.
