Hi Anne. Thanks. Yes, I did make the links. I'm afraid the issue is:

[root at moe ~]# rpm -qa --qf '%{name}\t%{arch}\n' 'firefox*'
firefox i386
firefox x86_64

Investigating now how to proceed.
