glx problem after clean FC6 install and then fully updated

I have added a comment to the BZ. It was adding the vnc module that caused X to
fail in this way.  Seems that adding a section to load the vnc module caused the
problem - but this is surely a valid way to load vnc ?   Doing this should not
break X surely ?
