I get that error as well. It appears harmless, especially since I have
no device on that bus (according to /sbin/lsusb).

That one appears to me that cpuspeed is active and attempting to load
the proper kernel module for your processor. If you really want to use
it (it adjusts your processor speed/frequency when less active to help
reduce power consumption and heat output), then you'll need to change
that in the /etc/cpuspeed.conf configuration file.

Sometimes this happens to me too, especially if I attempt to scroll very
fast. It appears to be a slight mishap with redrawing, as scrolling over
it fixes it.
