revert hal-0.5.7.1 to hal-0.5.7, howto?

[root at zhang tmp]# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage hal*-0.5.7-3.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        hal >= 0.5.7-3.fc5.1 is needed by (installed)
gnome-power-manager-2.14.3-1.i386

Should the gnome-power-manager removed and re-installed?
