On your system, it is 01:06.x though I am somewhat surprised to see
that you do not have a 01:06.2 device. It may be hidden. You do have
a different version of the chipset then I do. You may find the
information at
http://mmc.drzeus.cx/wiki/Controllers/TexasInstruments/FlashMedia
helpful. I think you may have to use the setpci command to turn on
the SD interface. You can try running
setpci -s 01:06.3 4c=0x22
and seeing if that works for you. You may have to unload and reload
the mmc_block and sdhci modules for it to work.
