apache-2.2 custom error/include

Hi all,

Has anybody successfully used the custom error pages feature of the new 
apache webserver?

I use them on the 2.0 series but can't seem to make it work on 2.2.

I can't find any reference to it in the manual, and googling has proven 
fruitless.  I can't believe how many people have posted their entire 
httpd.conf, which of course now matches any search :(

If anybody has succeeded or can point me to something useful I'd be most 
appreciative.
