HOWto on booting from USB DVD

I used to have a howto on how to get FC4 to boot correctly from a USB 
DVD drive and I can't find it now.  I have a blade server that only has 
a USB connector and I need to upgrade to FC4 from FC2, can someone post 
the instructions or a link to them?
