yum processing dependency slow on fc6

I installed FC6 and I have serious issue with yum (3.0). Its dependency 
resolution is hell slow comparing to FC5 (yum 2.6.1). (I have both systems 
on same machine.) Its not hot new HW but with FC5 I almost never 
noticed the "--> Processing Dependency", but with FC6 it takes about 10s 
to resolve each one, so I am just sitting and watching "processing 
dependency". Could it be, that I have something wrong? I tried rebuilddb 
- does not help.

BTW: How can I search this list?
