It's also integrated with NetworkManager: install NetworkManager-vpnc.

Note that it has a habit of dropping connections every so often.

If you want to compile the cisco package, you will have to edit the code 
and remove the offending '#include <config.h>' or '#include 
<linux/config.h' lines.
