Yum FC6 error

I removed those files but I'm in dependecy hell with this error:-

  Error: failure: libsoup-2.2.97-1.fc6.i386.rpm from updates-released: 
[Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

I have deleted up to twenty files and it's still coming'is there abetter 
way to get yum to upgrade.
