Ctl-Alt-Delete used to bring up a shutdown dialog?

In FC5, Ctl-Alt-Delete would bring up a shutdown dialog with the checkbox
for saving the session.  On my FC6 Ctl-Alt-Delete doesn't do anything.  Is
there a setting to get the old behavior back?
