FC6 desktop effects cut of in widescreen resolution 1280x800 using Radeon Mobility 9200 card

having this problem:
My Desktop when Enable for Desktop Effects,
then screen will cut off in only 1024x768 res (think so), some taskbar
in top and bottom cut off too.

how I can solve this problem? any hints?



running desktop-effects from terminal:

(I have installed from CD in Dell PC Optiplex 160L,
using i810 VGA, that running okay except miss kernel version using
xen., must install the standard kernel to have i810 vga driver
running, copying to my laptop because the cdrom is broken)
My hardware using Compaq x1000,
VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc Radeon R250 [Mobility
FireGL 9000] (rev 01)
updated to
1. kernel-2.6.18-1.2849
2. libX11-1.0.3-5
3. xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.1.1-47.1 and xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.6.3-1
