FC6 crashed! :'(

My firewall runs FC6 - it does pretty much nothing other than shuffle 
packets about and hasn't ever crashed, not when it was FC5 or now that 
it's FC6...until today!

Everything disconnected and it just sat there with the HD light flickering 
away until I got the flatmate to reboot it. Any ideas?

(ignore the smart errors, the drive's a dented one, that offline 
unreadable sector's been there forever)
