What you posted only rebuilds a pre-existing kernel SRPM. I think
Kurt wanted to build a new kernel.org kernel into an RPM. Although
I'm pretty sure that kerne.org kernels have included a 'make rpm'
target for a while now, so that might be alot easier than trying to
figure out 'the fedora way'.
