Restore MBR

I'm attempting to duel boot with Windows on one drive, and as expected
Windows had to cut in line and be first.  I tried to just upgrade my FC
6 to update the boot loader, but it won't since no kernel has been
upgraded.  I have found several examples on the web but no luck.  Any
ideas to restore my FC 6 MBR would be appreciated.

I've been working from the FC CD via Linux rescue.
