Isn't it the case that the activity on the mirror is the interesting 
thing, not the identity or IP address of the person initiating it? 
Doesn't geolocating the IP (even that is optional) and then discarding 
the IP, and grepping the log for GETs deliver what is wanted without 
anything else needed either end?
