FC4 -> FC6 upgrade

This is just a matter of opinion.
If you do a clean install and it goes wrong you are up the swanny.
If you do an upgrade and it fails at some point,
you will almost certainly have a useable system.

There is a lot to be said for both methods.
Best of all, in my opinion, is a clean install on a new partition,
nearly always possible with today's huge disks.
