Bad DVD or bad ISO?

[Redefined Horizons]

I followed the link posted by Thierry. It told me how to check the
checksum for the DVD iso.

There is only one problem. My ISO file is on a MS Windows machine. Is
there a way to verify the checksum on this OS?
