trash folder not found and i want to recover last deleted file

Are you running GNOME?  If so, look in the lower right hand corner of
the screen and there may be an trash bin icon that you can right click
on and bring up a context menu with which to open it.

In a terminal window you can:

cd ~/.Trash/

and then move it from there to wherever you need it to be.
