Building from source with dependency on libjpeg.la on FC5

Thank you very much, Rex! I indeed did have a lib referring to
libjpeg.la (libtiff.la). rpm -q --whatprovides did show that it did not
belong to any package on my system, so I simply removed it. JMagick now
builds fine.
