OT:ugrade from fc5 to fc6,, any advice/suggestions/expriences(good/bad)

I had a few times where the simple upgrade with Anaconda didn't work for
poo-dilly, luckily I didn't have anything critical on those (2)
machines, and could just then do a fresh install.  On 2 other machines,
I had no problem with the upgrade.  It was rather odd.
