dependency errors with latest round of updates

Your conclusion is incorrect.

The installed version of ocaml is irrelevant *if* a different
[incompatible] version of ocaml is about to be installed. It would
replace the installed version and break the dependency in lablgl.

Please verify which repositories you have enabled.
