Raid card for FC6

For our Server System ( FC6 ):
Web ( php + Mysql + imp : horde.org/imp ), Mail, ftp, DNS, SSH ...etc.

So, which type / model of the RAID controller ( 3ware.com and
promise.com ) is suitable for it ?
