logger for cron job

Ah, I'll give that a try and see what happens.  does this cron job make any
sense?  why's there a URL in there? Is it a sample?  I didn't find any
documentation at feeds on feeds, main site,
<http://code.google.com/p/feed-on-feeds/>, beyond what I posted.

I'm going to hold off on the cat thing, >>, and give it an hour first, but that
was exactly what I was after.
