Probably.  You'll need the driver from here:

  http://www.avasys.jp/english/linux_e/dl_spc.html

I used this site (offical Epson site for Linux drivers) for the driver  
for my Epson perfection 4870 photo scanner until Linux supported it  
natively.  It worked great.

There's forums on that site, in case you run into trouble.
