I can recommend mp32wav from

The requirements are that you have mpg123 and sox.  You can also use Mplayer with pcm output and convert each one individually or write your own script Like the one I use sometimes

    out=$(ls $i | sed -e 's/.mp3//g')
    mplayer -ao pcm "$i" -ao pcm:file="$out.wav"
done
