is there a way to get CD isos of Fedora 7?

You'll need to know the exact make and model of your SCSI controller,
then visit the vendor's support page and find the users manual.

You should be able to get the info you need from the dmesg command,
from /var/log/messages, or from some magic keypresses during the boot
sequence, which out to show on a splash screen.
