If you can work out the kickstart file and figure out what packages are 
pull these dependencies, we can probably fix them. I did try and manage 
to create a Fluxbox based Fedora spin but yes some packages pull in 
other GNOME dependencies. I didn't spend enough time on it to figure out 
  if there were bogus or not. If you are interested, try and create that 
kickstart file and post to fedora-devel list.
