Printing now works again

The correct syntax for allowing an upgrade to replace a newer package 
with an older one (ie. downgrading) is to use the "--oldpackage" option, 
as follows:

rpm -Uvh --oldpackage PACKAGE_FILE.rpm

A system with packages managed via the "--force" and "--nodeps" options 
to rpm is not likely to be very stable.  Please stop poisoning the well.
