Chinese characters cannot displayed problem with KDE again

If it is the same problem that I'd been seeing, and it kind of hard to tell
at 1:30AM, then file a bugzilla.  (Actually, just go ahead and file it.)  I
filed one with the upstream KDE folks a while back and haven't had the
chance to follow up on it to see if things improved.
