USA export restrictions and GPL - how can they co-exist?

racism can not only be based on a country but also on religion as history shows.

export restrictions are a political problem. software patentents are a
political problem.

to fix the cause one must be allowed to argument properly and that is
certainly not offtopic but i guess educational aswell to some people.
