Can't update kernel via yum update

Here is the error:

# yum update kernel

My current kernel is 2.6.21-1.3228.fc7 (x86_64). The file that it is
complaining about (/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.21-1.3228.fc7) is there!

Any ideas ?
