PROBLEM SOLVED:
                                thanks folks... my CLA submission is
completed. Actually a firewall configured at my service provider's end is
blocking me to submit/receive keys to any keyserver either through shell or
on the html webpage of keyservers. Finally thanks to secure-tunnel.com where
i opened the pgp.mit.edu and submitted my key there. Now my CLA is done.

I've applied to join the localization project and waiting for acceptance.

But what to do to get rights for editing wiki ?
