X86_64 kernel doesnt install on 64bit(?) machine.

Since you're running a 32bit kernel, as far as the system is concerned you
have a 32bit system, which obviously cannot run 64bit software. rpm does not
look at the CPU, it looks at what your system is configured for. Even if you
do force-install the kernel, and try to boot it, I wouldn't expect to end up
booting a stable system, since you have no 64bit userland.
Actually, now that I think about it, you'll probably be able to boot, but
you won't see much difference, since you a have 32-bit only userspace.
