A2ps - man page printing problem

Thanks for the reply, and to Aaron Konstam. Using mpage works fine. I
had noticed that a2ps had not had a release since 2000, so it seems that
it may not be under development any more. Mpage seems to be maintained
by RedHat themselves, so is probably a better choice to use.
