keyboard not responding

Just yesterday, I had (what seems like) the same experience. I was on 
mapquest, trying to enter an address, and nothing was showing. A couple 
times, I clicked on the text field - didn't help. It did resume proper 
operation after about 10 seconds.

I have a mostly stock F7 (not religiously updated).
