F7 updates not making to public

Not doubting you. I don't use Fedora 7. But that is odd. That mirror,
mirrors.usc.edu, syncs twice a day and it is usually very up to date.

"All software is updated twice a day: 1-4am and 1-4pm".

That is Pacific Time. PDT (UDT+8). Maybe you caught them before it settled
down? Are they actually listed in the Fedora site site?
