It is not 'working fine'; it is failing to update.  Ignoring it
does not make the problem go away.

Analogy: Your car's petrol tank is half full.  You go to a
petrol station to refill it.  After a couple of litres you
notice that petrol is beginning to pool on the ground.  Do you:
a.  Ignore it, and from now on only fill your car half full.
b.  Get it checked out?

This is ignoring the fact that the update is marked 'security',
and that, though as far as I can tell it does not affect the
security of built RPMS, if you are building RPMS you want to
take more care of your machine's security and also possible
security holes in the packages you distribute.  Both self-
interest and something known as 'consideration for others'.
