Changing paper dimensions for cups-pdf

I think 28cm x 21cm is not any recognised paper size. My goal was
motivated by the fact that OpenOffice Impress is not able to render
EPS figures; I was trying to produce a pdf presentation instead, but,
at the end, I did it with LaTeX/Beamer.
