About mono program with FC6

That would firstly remove mono, and anything else that required it.
Then it would re-install mono, but not anything else that got removed by
the first step, unless the package name happened to start with the word
mono.

If anyone takes this approach, watch what gets removed, as well.  You
can decide for yourself if you want to put anything extra back on.  I'd
be tempted to do it without the "-y", so you get a chance to confirm or
deny before proceeding.
