Intel usb camera on FC6

This means your system think it is running i586 and doesn't like the
module being i686.

Try

rpm -q --qf '%{name}-%{version}-%{release}.%{arch}\n' -f /boot/vmlinu*

and you will most probably see that you have i586 kernels installed.

after you fix the kernel to really become i686 you will find your USB
camera working :)
