Firefox locks sound

As was mentioned last week, look to see if your have an ~/.asound file I
think it was. I'm still looking for it, but there was an example file
that worked for me, but it's not there anymore for some strange reason
probably due to the updating I've done??  Hopefully the original sender
will chime in to say what you need to enter into it.
