The seperate smp kernels no longer exist. You just need kmod-fglrx.
$ yum list \*fglrx\*
Available Packages
kmod-fglrx.i686 8.33.6-1.2.6.19_1.2895 livna

kmod-fglrx-PAE.i686 8.33.6-1.2.6.19_1.2895 livna
