He's running in 64 bit mode.  Read the thread:

Switching back to 32 bit mode won't help.  He has a problem with the BIOS
and MTRR, and hasn't found a BIOS section for setting up the memory.  IIRC,
advice on this list in the past month about MTRR showed how to work around
the issue.
