There's a local repo thing to use your own source for installing things
(such as the disc, or a copy of it on the hard drive).  However, it's
not going to help you save bandwidth if there's been an update to things
on the original install media.

Using FC 4, 5, 6 & 7, plus CentOS 5.  Today, it's FC7.
