yum / rpm dependency broken in F7 ?

Yum is not stupid. Yum is a script. Well, more than that, but it does not
'think' your computer is a i586.  Yum 'asks' what you have and it was
'told' that an i586 is what you have. This is used it the download repos
files too.

This is Fedora Core 6? There was a script that someone wrote that fixed
this. Maybe someone here remembers where it was posted or that person
might jump in. I did not have that problem so I do not recall the details.
