How to do a minimal F7 install?

I have been attempting to (re)install F7 over the weekend with no luck.

ISO downloads fail before the whole file is downloaded.

FTP and HTTP installs fail with errors like:

"The file pam_krb5-2.2.11-1.x86_64.rpm cannot be opened.
This is due to a missing file or perhaps a corrupt package.
Please verify your mirror contains all required packages, and try using
a different on.

If you reboot, your system will be left in an inconsistent state that
wil likely require reinstallation"

I have tried using different mirrors with the same result (only with
different files failing).

Bit Torrent is so slow that it will take 7 or 8 days to get the ISO.

Is there a way to to an absolutely minimal install? Meaning that I may
actually have a chance of downloading the installer. If so, I would
really appreciated any assistance.
